Project specific Design
The bathroom is designed and built by an experienced team, specialized in bathroom design and manufacture.
Less crane time
One lift with the crane and all materials and the delivery is completed, no need for pallets of each single item to be sent to each floor then each room, etc.
Less workers & supervision on site
The bathrooms are normally one of the rooms that requires most attention, and from up to 6 or 8 different trades, so a lot less labor, coordination and supervision on site is required.
The Production Process
A durable, precisely engineered foundation ensuring structural stability and seamless integration with modular units.
The Pod Base
Pod walls use cold-rolled galvanized steel C-section studs (63 mm wide, 0.7 mm thick) with moisture- and fire-resistant gypsum or cement boards. Acoustic and fire ratings are customizable.
The Pod Walls
Pod ceilings use a 50x25 mm MS box frame with 12.5 mm gypsum, cement board, or plywood. Finishes and access panels are tailored to project needs.
The Pod Ceiling
Pod assembly includes joining the pre-cast base with steel frames, installing MEP, finishes, and fixtures—fully completed under strict quality checks before site delivery
Pod Assembly
Pods feature a comprehensive waterproofing system with primer-coated floors and walls, 200mm upturns at junctions, and full-height coverage in wet areas like showers and bathrooms.
