SAFETECH Precast Building Manufacturing LLC is an MIG Holding company and a core pillar of the Group’s industrial portfolio. MIG Holding is a dynamic and diversified conglomerate with a legacy of excellence spanning over five decades. Headquartered in the UAE, it has established itself as a regional leader in construction, real estate development, concrete production, precast manufacturing, and integrated facility solutions.
SAFETECH operates one of the largest and most advanced precast factories in the Middle East. The facility was established to manufacture a wide range of high-quality precast concrete products, tailored to meet the evolving demands of the construction industry.
Equipped with fully automated production lines, the factory has the capacity to produce over 2.5 million square meters (equivalent to 600,000 cubic meters) of precast panels annually delivering fast, scalable, and durable concrete solutions that support the region’s rapid growth and infrastructure expansion.

Facilities & Equipment
Designed for high efficiency mass production, the SAFETECH facility integrates fully automated systems across all stages of precast manufacturing from steel reinforcement to concrete casting and finishing. With precision controlled batching plants, advanced circulating tables, and a diverse fleet of heavy machinery, every element is produced with speed, consistency, and accuracy.
The factory is equipped to handle a wide range of precast components, including structural slabs, prestressed elements, Hollow Core, GRC products, and more all tailored to meet diverse engineering and architectural requirements.

SAFE MIX Ready Concrete and Block Factory
SAFE MIX (est. 1998 by UNEC Chairman Eng. Abdulhalim Muwahid) is a multi-award-winning UAE leader in ready-mix concrete. With 7 branches, 13 automated plants (2M m³/year), and a fleet of 40+ pumps, 158 mixers, and 42 booms, it also produces 1M+ blocks/month in its advanced factory.

UNEC Wood Works
UNEC WOOD WORKS was established in 1992 to cope with the growing demand on [ UNEC ] to provide quality joinery products. For 30 years, [ UNEC WOOD WORKS ] has provided over 90% of the company's internal joinery requirements and has grown to now provide a substantial percentage of its overall turnover to an outside market.
